Responsibilities • Execute business strategies for digital banking channels, which include internet banking, mobile banking and other digital related channels • Explore and implement new digital banking solutions and initiatives for the both personal and SME customers • Involve in project life cycle for digital projects including user requirements preparation, review of User Acceptance Test cases and results, preparing customermunication and internal training, etc. • Work with teammates on digital banking projects to increase thepetitiveness of the platforms • Work with IT and other stakeholders to explore new solutions to increase the efficiency of the digitalmunication channels • Ensure initiatives fulfill all regulatory requirements and protect the best interest of customers • Monitor the usage of digital banking services and monitor the market trend Job Requirements • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, emerce, Information Technology or related disciplines • At least 1 year of experience in digital banking service development is preferred. • Fresh graduate will also be considered • Open-minded and self-motivated with good project management, interpersonal, collaboration skill and strong sense of responsibility • Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred • Goodmand on both written and spoken English and Chinese Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
