Job Responsibilities
Operational Marketing
Work with Regional Director and HQ Team to build and implement regional operational marketing strategies for all APAC markets. Optimize and adapt marketing resources to each market and distribution channel in order to reach business objectives. Develop new business opportunities to drive market shares, rankings and maximize brand visibility in the region as defined in the yearly budget plan. Formulate and share vision and strategies within the team to further develop brand’s image and identity. Partner closely with cross-functional teams within the regional team, HQ and markets to develop integrated marketing & trade plan, animation guideline and A&P budget follow up. Analyze new launches and promotion sell-out results, provide insight and recommendations for campaign optimization. Responsible for budget allocation, planning and follow-up. Track and manage monthly expenses. Visual Merchandising
Develop Visual Merchandising guidelines, align and monitor VM standards across all doors to ensure consistency and uphold of brand image. Challenge the markets and enhance brand image Supervise new store developments and maintenance projects. Pricing
Work closely with the Regional Director, Finance and Business & Operations team to define the Regional pricing strategy and price list for each client. Reporting and Analysis
Prepare monthly and quarterly report, launch report analysis, business presentation as requested by the Regional Director. Team Management
Manage the internal team communication on various projects between HQ and Regional Offices. Manage team of 5 across Operational Marketing and Visual Merchandising. Qualifications
Bachelor degree holder or equivalent Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience in the perfume and beauty or luxury retail industry Passion for Fragrances, Cosmetics and for the Hermès Universe Entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinker, self-motivated Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English, fluency in French or another Asian language is an advantage Proficient in MS office software, including but not limited to Excel and PPTBenefits of working as a Operational Marketing Manager - Perfume & Beauty (Maternity Cover) in null:
