The Role You will be responsible for : Drive global adoption of Rida's B2B online system among clients. Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain clients. Collaborate with the production team for competitive market packages. Prepare and send well-presented proposals with quotations and itineraries. Implement a robust follow-up system for quoted requests. Ensure agent satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their requirements. Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business. Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness. Adhere to management instructions and company policy. Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency. Ideal Profile You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Hospitality industry. You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments What's on Offer?
