Min 10 years in Building project management, focus in new build residential, commercial projectsDegree in construction/ Civil/ Building engineer projects Holding professional qualifications, fluent in English and Chinese, HKID holderOur client, a lead building and construction contractor, now seeking for senior talent to join their Project Team in Hong Kong.Project Director Requirements:- Min. 10 years in Building, Construction project management, focus in new build projects in Commercial/ Residential field- Degree or above in Construction/ Building/ Architecure/ QS field- Holding professional qualification is highly preferred - Experience in large scale project reference will be an advantage- Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese, Putonghua) - Hong Kong ID Holder ONLY
