Together as a team, we're… Seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our Area & store associates and drive sales growth.  As the Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving store sales targets and KPIs, analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure marketing support aligns with business goals. Lead our sales team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs. Provide performance feedback and coaching to enhance their confidence and capability. Analyze store sales data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable plans to implement in the store and drive business growth. Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for assigned corporate accounts to ensure the achievement of company goals. Track store activities, including product assortment plans and marketing implementation. Provide constructive suggestions to relevant departments to optimize store performance. Provide regular sales and market analysis reporting, reviewing and evaluating sales performance and the effectiveness of promotion activities. Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product management, to ensure that marketing support is driving the business towards its goals.
