The Role

Responsibilities 

• Provide clerical and administration support to Sales Department including sales quotation & order preparation, data entry and filing 
• Maintain an accurate customer database 
• Prepare regular sales report and meeting minutes timely 
• Perform in other ad hoc duties assigned 

Ideal Profile

Requirements 

• Matriculated or above 
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is a must 
• Good written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Word 
• Well organized, independent anda good team player 
• Detail-minded & sensitive to figure 
• Proven track record of a stable working history is preferred
