Experience in customer service, order processing, shipping or logistics Knowledge 9:00 am - 5:30pm, 5 days work week with good working environmentImmediate availability is highly preferredResponsibility:Responsible for assisting sales team to fulfil the sales order from customers following JJSV SOPEnsure timely and accurate order processing via email or phoneEnsure all customer enquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints are attended with quality service level, respond where appropriate or direct to relevant functional department in accordance with established J&J processes and policiesEscalate all Product Complaints accordance to J&J reporting complaint SOP.Collaborate with relevant internal/external departments to track order status and provide latest update to sales team or customerAssist sales team to maintain consignment accuracy in the hospital and clinicsMaintain and update sales and customer recordsCommunicate important feedback from customers internallyEquip with basic company’s products and services knowledgeEnsure good record keeping and documentation within J&J guidelines and frameworkRequirement:Diploma in related fieldsMinimum 1-2 years working experience in customer service, order processing, shipping or logisticsCustomer order process and SAP/ERP knowledgeGood communication skills with fluent in English & ChineseComputer literate with good knowledge of using MS OfficeDetail oriented, Customer-centric, Critical-thinker, Problem-solver, Process driven, Multi-tasking and work well under pressure
