Job Description:Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts.Understand client requirements and provide appropriate cleaning and pest control solutions.Provide professional sales consultation and advice to meet client needs and expectations.Follow up on sales progress, achieve sales targets, and enhance overall performance.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales plans and projects.Monitor market trends and competition, offering market insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hygiene cleaning/pest control industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong client relationships.Proven ability to develop and expand client networks, with existing contacts as a priority.Good knowledge of the hygiene cleaning/pest control industry, understanding and recommending suitable service solutions.Strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and handle client objections.Team player with leadership abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
