Job Description - Sales Coordinator - Urgent Hiring

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administration and coordination to support the Business Solutions & Events (BS&E) sales team. Assisting sales team in maintaining and organizing an extensive sales activity tracking system with updated guest data, reservation information and database management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle BS&E duty hotline and website inquiries, answer guest inquiries and check availability. Assist sales team in preparing business proposal, agreement, or redemption letters. 

  • Coordinate booking fulfillment logistics with Event Services team and relevant LOBs. Require communications with relevant LOBs and customers. 

  • Provide sales administrative and activities support for BS&E sales team. Provide backend sales and coordination support to BS&E sales team.

  • Generate financial reports of various sales related figures and charts for management. Assist senior BS&E sales director to manage sales budget records.

  • Assist sales team in maintaining extensive accounts and customer data for CRM and prepare weekly sales forecast report. Handle Delphi system related changes and updates. 

  • Maintain sales material inventory levels at all the times and organize an extensive filing system with updated information.

  • Attend sales-related meetings and prepare meeting minutes. 

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in related discipline preferably in Hotel or Event Management, with at least 1 year of experience in hotel or F&B industry 

  • Knowledgeable in MICE and catering industry business

  • Understanding on Disney Park & Resorts guidelines and policy 

  • Knowledge of Disney Entertainment Event Production standards & operations is desired 

  • Good working knowledge and proficiency in operation system reports generation (Opera, Delphi, ATS and is required 

  • Able to work independently and under pressure 

  • Good organization skills and ability in handling multi-tasks 

  • Literate in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing

  • Good communication skills with spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
