What You Will Be Doing: Develop expert knowledge across our MedSurg portfolio which includes ENT, Neurosurgical, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, OR design and more.Carry out sales processes / activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals, including attending cases to provide product technical support to customers.Develop and maintain close network of relationships with customers.Identify market and customer specific needs, trends and business development opportunities to strengthen Stryker's market share.Regularly input into insights on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information, etc.Compile and analyze customers‘ feedback to drive higher quality of service and to expand business portfolio.Who We Are Looking For:Between 1 to 3 years' relevant experience in medical device sales.Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or other Science fields.Results driven and goal oriented, with demonstrated ability to learn and apply new knowledge independently.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management/negotiation skills.Strong ability to build and nurture key business relationships internally and externally.
