Job Description - Sales Manager (Health & Wellbeing Products) ( 30-40K) - with Great Benefits

We are looking for a creative Sales Manager (Health & Wellbeing Products) ( 30-40K) to join our growing team at Manpower in null Kowloon

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales and distribution of the company's comprehensive portfolio of health and nutritional products across a diverse range of retail channels, including physical stores, convenience outlets, and e-commerce platforms
  • Lead and manage a team of sales promoters, liaising closely with outsourcing agencies to recruit, train, and monitor their performance
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings to provide guidance, set targets, and optimize sales strategies
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, analyze market trends and customer behavior, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance sales and profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and inventory management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, such as store managers and purchasing decision-makers, to secure prime shelf space and favorable trade terms
  • Identify new business opportunities, such as corporate bulk orders and reseller partnerships, to diversify revenue streams
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales management role within the health, nutrition, or FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to consistently achieve or exceed their targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A keen understanding of retail dynamics, consumer preferences, and industry trends in the health and nutrition segment
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
