Key responsibilities Assist in general office administrationProvide all round administrative support to sales & marketing team, including organizing marketing events, set up and site management, necessary back-end operational assistance, etcSupport/ Coordinate company events and staff activitiesLiaise with service providers/ suppliers, price quotations, perform cost & service standard analysis and make recommendationSupport ad hoc projects when required Role requirements 5 years of relevant office admin/ sales & marketing support experienceGood Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal & external stakeholdersObjective-oriented, detail-minded, well-organized, diligent, self-motivated, responsible and a good team-playerProficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
