Your mission and responsibilities: •Provide sales management and operation support to the SHS DX Business unit. •Assist in the daily sales operation activities e.g., Presales proposal, quotation, contract, invoice, documentation processing, coordination and follow-up on the clients’ ordering status, etc.•Assist in the preparation of tender/bidding submission and internal process related documents, including License of Authorization (PoA), deal calculation (DxCon) and follow-up on the clients’ requests status etc. •Maintain Shareville CRM system and processes of sales database, opportunity management & funnel accuracy.•Support installed base management with service team.•Coordinate sales and marketing events and sales activities•Provide office administrative support to the team (eg asset management, supplies administration and procurement) and assist in ad hoc duties (eg travel arrangement) as assignedYour qualifications and experiences:At least 5 years working experience in sales operation support. Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which IVD operates, Marcom and relevant experience is a plus•Post-secondary education / University graduate preferred•Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin•Proficient in MS applications including Word & Excel•Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented with high level of accuracy•Self-motivated, a good team player with positive working attitude
