RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build lasting relationships with Sales Companies / Distributors and internal departments.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform sales report, sales analysis and prepare business proposals & presentation materials.
- Perform market research & analysis.
- Work closely with the internal department for new product development.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of working experience as a technical sales admin or sales supporting role is preferred.
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines
- Candidates with experience in working on projects with Government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and property management companies are preferable.
- Positive and engaging personality that will engage and drive sales.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- Prepare sales performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and market trends.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Requires strong self-governance, a proactive approach, and personal accountability.
- Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & MS Excel and familiar with Power Pivot, Word & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, well organized, consulting and presentation skills, multi-tasking, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Selected candidates will be offered a position commensurate with their qualifications and experience. Candidates who have less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant.
