- Drive online traffic and sales in coordination with retail leadership and departmental partners
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the launch and update of products on our website
- Regularly build collection, content and landing pages
- Execute website development roadmap to ensure a high conversion rate and seamless purchase experience online
- Develop website content through internal and agency partners including copy and visual assets
- Ensure all product information and content is up to date, correct and compelling for guests to make a purchase online
- Identify opportunities to further optimize the performance of our website through new solutions and apps that enrich customer journeys
- Work with agency partners to segment the existing customer database to maximize return from existing active customers, re-activate lapsed users and ensure constant growth of new customers
- Execute email marketing best practices through automated flows and regular campaign sendouts
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field
- 4+ years of digital marketing and/or Ecommerce experience, preferably in retail or luxury industry
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders
- Great sense of ownership with a can-do attitude, problem-solver
- Understanding of creative concepts and messaging that helps to create awareness and/or drives conversion
- Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva a plus
- Familiarity with Meta and Google advertising
