Job Description About our Client We are representing a reputable organisation with global office operations, they are currently hiring a seasoned Senior HR Manager to support dedicated business unit and HR digitalisation project. About the Role Provide HR services to the business units across global including recruitment, succession planning, rewards, performance management and talent managementWork closely with the senior management for implementing HR initiatives including manpower planning and recruitment strategiesSupport end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planningDevelop compelling communication strategies and direction to all employees, which reinforce the strategic direction of the company to maintain productive, passionate and cooperative company culture across the BusinessProvide HR advisory based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departmentsWork with outside vendor/ consultant and lead the digitalisation projectAssist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned The Successful Candidate Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplinesWith 10+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, welcome for all-kind of industries backgroundProven track record on HR and digitalisation projectGood stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsProficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
