Travel to the heart of our exciting business with our @pernodricardtravel Instagram page, showcasing our latest projects and innovations around the globe.This position will provide support to mainly Travel Retail Asia team on below aspects of HR activities:Employee life cycle supportHR controlling & staff cost analysisHRIS (Workday)Recharge and invoice mgmt.Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:1. Employee lifecycle and Contractors administration managementSupport any staff change relevant administrative process, e.g. external hire, internal transfer and relocationConduct staff HR admin orientation for new hiresSupport any compensation changes in collaboration with payroll team, e.g. promotion, annual salary & bonus reviewEnsure smooth staff offboarding processSupport the above process for contractorsProvide administrative document support to employee when needed, e.g. visa application letter, work certificateEnsure smooth communication and execution of employee engagement activities in collaboration with domestic HR team, e.g. birthday and festive celebration gift distribution2. HR controllingAssist HR manager in preparing rolling forecast every trimester and participate actively in meeting with GTR HR controlling teamEnsure data update and accuracy in Adaptive with staff cost information provided by HR ManagerComplete submission process in Adaptive properly and in time, in collaboration with different stakeholders3. HRIS (Workday)Update employee record and maintain data accuracySupport preparatory test/work for major HR activities in Workday following Group HR transformation team guideline, e.g. performance review, salary & bonus reviewSupport any local HRIS project with an impact to GTR Asia employees when neededReport any technical issue/problem to Workday support team, follow up regularly, until a proper solution is provided by them4. Recharge and invoice mgmt.Conduct recharge and invoice payment process in a timely manner5. Other projects and tasks Support HR Manager on different data analysis, in preparation for presentation, reporting, e.g. Group Social ReportingSupport visa and any relevant reports preparation for different functionsOrganize face-to-face interview schedule and logisticsContribute into ad-hoc project when needed, such as HK office festive event organization, Responsible Day etc.Key Relationships Internal:All GTR Asia employees (mainly HK based staff)GTR Asia Finance teamPR HKM HR teamHK IT teamOverseas domestic HR team in China, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and SingaporeGTR Talent & Learning CoEGTR HR controlling teamExternal: Relocation agency, Outsource service partners, e.g. insurer, contractor agency, event vendorsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, HR, social sciences or other relevant disciplinesIdeally 3 years minimum in HR generalist role, preferably in FMCG industrySelf-starter and energetic problem solverStrong organisation and interpersonal skillsAdaptive communication to different audienceGreat sense on figures and excellent analytical skillsFast learnerHaving used Workday is a strong advantageEnglish fluency is a must, mastery of another Asian language is highly prefered (e.g. Cantonese, Mandarin..) Job Posting End Date:Target Hire Date:2024-06-03Target End Date:
