They are looking for a professional HR professional with experiences from similar industry to take up the role to focus on front office hiring, this is a newly created headcount to cater with the firm’s ongoing expansion plan. Job Description:Act as a close partner with line managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment advice for them, including but not limited to hiring strategies, manpower planning and performance management etc.Look after the talent acquisition activities for HK office for Front Office hiring, also maintain a good relationship with external vendors including recruitment agenciesAct as the ambassador of the company during interviews and ensure the candidates’ are getting positive experienceParticipate in other HR projects if necessarySkills & Experiences required:University degree in HR Management or a related field At least 3 years of HR experience from Financial institutions Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUSTCandidate with short notice is preferred
