This Senior Manager of HNW Sales Distribution will support channel head on the implementation and execution of the business plans and initiatives especially in the HNW sales in brokerage channel especially in international broker and bank broker segment to identify business growth opportunities.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving HNW business sales in brokerage channel with particular in International Brokers and Bank Brokers segment and achieve sales targetSupport brokers to identify business opportunity by providing professional advisory on their inquiries and conduct training on HNW businessEstablish new business relationship with contract negotiation, and continue to grow robust partnership with existing brokers and other outside entitiesAnalyze key competitor’s product and promotion, and liaise with various internal stakeholders to support new business development and planningDevelop sales pitch, key marketing strategies and initiatives to motivate the brokers in promoting our brand and products to further grow sales performanceJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum 6 years of working experience with some focus in HNW segmentGood understanding of insurance company and/or bank operations and cultureGood presentation and excellent communications skill, fluent in Cantonese, English, and MandarinLife insurance front line sales experienceGood understanding of HNW business and its target customersAbility to work independently and adapt to change and working in a changing environmentAble to identify and uncover the needs from business partnersGood communication skills and analytical skillsHighly motivated with global perspective with trust and integrity
