· Take ownership and accountability for an assigned portfolio to deliver our value proposition

· To provide all levels of sales support and build up solid relationship with our partners.

· Assists to develop and recommend appropriate initiatives to drive and achieve aligned business plan and pre-set KPIs with partners

· Assists to perform sales analysis and planning to achieve business targets; develop sales management tools with close monitoring of sales activities and trend. 

· Assist to achieve pre-committed business targets and various KPIs.

· Assists to develop and provide on-going training plan for internal customer or partners, including product, sales skills, prospecting, objection handling, sales operation and process, etc.

· Assists to develop & implement business strategies

· Work closely with internal support functions to enhance the customer journey and deliver on our service proposition

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

· At least 5 years of work experience in General Insurance, preferred in Business Development/Marketing focus

· Proven track record in the distribution and / or underwriting of general insurance products

· Experience and knowledge across general insurance products

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to engage with customers across industry segments

· Self-motivated, creative, driven and resourceful

· Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred

· PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
