Your Role: Develop, support, and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for programs and campaigns aimed at the affluent segment, including the launch of tech products and services, as well as app management. This requires the coordination of service launches, offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts with both external and internal partners. Support the enhancement of UI/UX for digital touchpoints to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Organize and implement various marketing initiatives, including developing in-store materials, inbase communication, and social media platforms. Collaborate closely with channel partners and various internal and external teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs from conception to completion, aligning with the company's overall business goals. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs through detailed data analysis, compile reports, and provide post-program analysis with recommendations for future improvements. Take on additional ad hoc projects as necessary. To Succeed in This Role: Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Possess 3 years of relevant experience in the marketing field. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Marketing Executive. Be self-driven and capable of working effectively under tight deadlines. Have strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills. Command a proficient level of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
