To cope with our expansion, we are looking for a high-caliber candidate who has networks and connections in China, focusing on the mainland segment. Your role: Formulate marketing strategies to explore new business opportunities in both Hong Kong and China Build a mainland community and create a holistic experience tailored for this segment, including communications, product usage, and customized treatments Analyze customer behaviors and needs, develop marketing insights to improve engagement Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for the China and Hong Kong markets Prepare marketing and promotional materials, conduct marketing surveys and analysis To succeed in this role, you should have: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline 7 years of working experience, with 3 years of marketing or business management experience in the mainland segment A proven track record of establishing and managing business partnerships Experience in eCommerce and data analytics will definitely be an advantage Strong leadership, project management, presentation, and problem-solving skills Well-organized, innovative, and able to work independently under tight schedules Excellent command of written Chinese and English, and fluent in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
