Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting the Post Sale Manager to ‘close the sale’ by facilitating and processing post sale transactions, including but not limited to invoicing, payments, post auction sales and seller property returnsIssuing timely and accurate client communications on behalf of the Postsale Client Experience ManagerWorking on shipping quotes and shipments, and arrange collections from warehouseWorking with the Specialist departments to action and follow up on shipping and collection recommendations for unsold propertyEnsuring financial transactions comply with corporate governancePartnering with other business areas, to respond to client inquiries, resolve client issues and execute client transactions to ensure the highest level of client satisfactionFacilitating temporary releases of purchases for 3rd party servicesResponding to general client inquiries e.g., general correspondence, phone enquiries, letters etc.Participating in project work as requestedAssist PSM to manage the timely release of property to support inventory control Qualifications: Degree in business administration or equivalent field preferred3 to 5 years’ experience in business administration and/or client serviceExceptional client service skills including strong verbal and written communication skillsCompetencies in legal, finance and/or project managementOperationally minded with an appetite for technologyAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage challenging deadlinesCreative problem solver with ability to act quickly and effectively under pressureHighly organized and detail orientedSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office – prior experience with SAP or other Sotheby’s systems is preferableFluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin essential.
