Responsibilities

Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, contract administration, final accounts

Requirements

F.5 / DSE or above

5 years or above of quantity surveying experience

Relevant QS experience for E&M projects

Experience in Electronic Systems installations

Proficiency in PC including Excel, Word, Outlook

Good commend of spoken & written English and Chinese

Good communication and negotiation skills, problem solving

Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
