ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop strategic partnerships with new businesses or prospective start-ups that will primarily improve Gammon's business operations;Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring budgets, achieving KPIs and business targets of Digital G;Assist in day-to-day business operations of Digital G, including service delivery and monitoring sales performance;Provide after-sale follow-ups of add-on services or additional services to clients;Consolidate use-cases and values/benefits for company portfolio;Explore new business opportunities through internal stakeholders and external networks.QualificationsHigher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other relevant disciplines, with minor in business is an advantage;At least 5 years B2B sales experience;Experience in Construction / Engineering / other innovation projects is preferred;Knowledge of digitization / innovation technologies in the Construction sector is preferred.Good interpersonal communication skills;Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese;Proficient in MS Office.
