As Surgical Sales Specialist, you are required to Promote and sell the organization's products across multiple sales channels including selling directly to end-consumer or organizations; selling to resellers, distributers, or retail outlets; and promoting through medical representatives to physicians, etc.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Responsible for promoting assigned products (disposables and IOL) to Healthcare Professionals at both HA and private hospitals
Maintain and develop relationships with Healthcare Professionals and provide necessary Operation Theatre support
Explore and develop new business opportunities
Execute sales plan and strategy, participate and conduct different level events & meetings
Communicate with Healthcare Professionals about latest update of product, service and prices, events, etc.
Investigate market intelligence; feedbacks; and suggestions
What you’ll bring to Alcon:
Bachelor degree or above (preferable in Science related discipline)
With relevant 3 years or above sales experience (preferable in medical device /pharm industry) at HA.
With Operation Theatre sales experience preferred
Good communication & interpersonal skill
Will be considered as Surgical Sales Specialist with less experience
