Responsibilities:Lead and oversee business expansion initiatives, focusing on either E-commerce/Digital marketing or offline sales channels.Successfully execute promotion strategies, including product sets and discount strategies, to drive sales and achieve business objectives.Maintain a deep understanding of the Hong Kong market and anticipate customer needs, ensuring effective targeting and positioning of products.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.Ensure seamless coordination and communication across different departments to achieve business goals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and distributors.Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.Qualifications:Proven track record of successful business expansion in either E-commerce/Digital marketing or offline sales channels.Experience in executing promotion strategies, such as product sets and discount strategies, to drive sales.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build relationships.In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong market and customer needs.Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
