An exciting opportunity has come up to join a global retail sourcing operation, as their talent acquisition and HR manager. This role will be based in Hong Kong, and has a global reach across the business working across all roles, and HR functions.The role:Delivering a people strategy, relevant to each office and its challenges and successLead focus groups with senior management on people and HRDevelop strong relationships with the managers of each sourcing officeDevelop and deliver training materialsEmpower managers in their sourcing offices to take a lead on HR issues, with coaching and training Responsible for overall recruitment of expat employersManage the on boarding and induction Source new talent and build a pool of high calibre talent Manage recruitment agencies and build good relationshipsThe candidate:Previous experience in a management HR generalist rolesIt would desirable to be qualified at level 7 CIPDStrong recruitment experienceHaving a background in retail/fashion would be desirableStrong communication skills Able to influence and work collaboratively with senior management Based in Hong Kong, or able to relocate There is a competitive salary on offer, plus you will get the chance to work with a global business who are performing well.
