Role IntroductionThe jobholder is responsible for contributing to the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies for our Inflight Service Delivery team, and for supporting (and leading as required) assessment and selection activities for these employee groups. The jobholder is also responsible for contributing to the execution of a signature Cathay candidate experience through all key touchpoints.This position offers a fixed-term contract until 31 Dec 2025.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end to end recruitment processes of Service Delivery rolesDesign and implement assessment tools and systems for recruitmentDevelop relationships with educational institutions in promoting the Service Delivery roles’Work closely with our stakeholders to develop relationships with educational institutions in promoting our Inflight Service Delivery rolesInitiate recruiting marketing and undertake employer branding initiativesReview recruitment processes and propose alignment with Corporate strategySupport Talent Acquisition Lead as requestedRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent qualificationsPrevious exposure to high volume recruitment advantageousExperience running competency-based and technical interviews and using other assessment and selection toolsExperience working with an applicant tracking / eRecruit platform advantageousGood communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong influencing and relationship management skillsStrong customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projectsPersonal & Application InformationCathay Pacific is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
