Major Duties
: (a) To market and promote Applied Learning Courses by developing content and overseeing the production of advertising and promotional materials, promotional videos, key visuals, and digital content; (b) To develop and oversee digital marketing initiatives covering online advertising, social media, and mobile marketing to drive stakeholder reach and engagement; (c) To develop and execute outreach activities to build relationships with stakeholders; (d) To provide support for general office administration, system administration and enhancement, and quality assurance; and (e) To participate in committee work across various committees, boards, and meetings. Requirements : (a) A recognised degree or equivalent; (b) At least two years’ relevant work experience at the executive level in educational institutions or comparable organisations; (c) Strong background in utilising different digital marketing tools and website development is preferred; (d) Good problem solving, time management and team building skills; (e) Self-initiative, willingness to meet challenges and the ability to work independently; and (f) A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both Chinese and English. Notes : (1) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. (2) Shortlisted applicants will be required to take a written assessment. (3) Candidates who are immediately available would be preferred.
