Major Duties

: (a) To market and promote Applied Learning Courses by developing content and overseeing the production of advertising and promotional materials, promotional videos, key visuals, and digital content; (b) To develop and oversee digital marketing initiatives covering online advertising, social media, and mobile marketing to drive stakeholder reach and engagement; (c) To develop and execute outreach activities to build relationships with stakeholders; (d) To provide support for general office administration, system administration and enhancement, and quality assurance; and (e) To participate in committee work across various committees, boards, and meetings. Requirements : (a) A recognised degree or equivalent; (b) At least two years’ relevant work experience at the executive level in educational institutions or comparable organisations; (c) Strong background in utilising different digital marketing tools and website development is preferred; (d) Good problem solving, time management and team building skills; (e) Self-initiative, willingness to meet challenges and the ability to work independently; and (f) A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both Chinese and English. Notes : (1) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. (2) Shortlisted applicants will be required to take a written assessment. (3) Candidates who are immediately available would be preferred. (4) Appointee(s) may be required to work outside normal office hours and work on Sundays and public holidays as necessary.
