Requirement

• DSE或以上學歷 熱線/電話 中心 客戶服務
• 1-2年熱線/電話 中心 客戶服務或銀行集團相關領域的工作經驗
• 跟進查詢及申請/訂單
• 良好的中文文字處理能力，MS Office
• 彬彬有禮，善於團隊合作
