驗樓主任 (具漏水檢測經驗)

任職要求：

• 機電/屋宇設備工程高級文憑/證書，或同等學歷；
• 有2年以上擔任驗樓師/建築設備檢查員/項目協調員/施工經理的現場經驗，具備認證驗樓師資格（CBI）；
• 本地/海外樓宇檢驗學會會員優先考慮；
• 100小時或以上驗收經驗
• 良好中英文書寫和口語能力

崗位職責：
《提供專業驗樓、漏水檢測》

• 參與樓宇物業一站式驗樓服務合約行政管理、現場驗樓工作，確保驗樓工作依計畫、符合合約要求完成；
• 準備良好的驗樓文件歸檔、圖紙和現場工作記錄控制；
• 記錄現場檢查，監控進度，並根據規格和圖紙檢查結果；
• 就樓宇缺陷和偏差的發出通知，並確保正確及糾正；
• 提供良好樓宇缺漏修復的建議並提出替代建議；
• 協調並參加與STC、承包商、開發商和業主的會議；
• 處理客戶的建議投訴；
• 及時瞭解業內的最新動態，研發新專案、開拓新領域；
• 隸屬于STC驗樓部門主管，並向部門主管彙報；
• 履行部門主管指定的任何其他職責。
