職責：

• 於網上宣傳平台尋找潛在顧客，主動推廣服務及產品優惠
• 透過各種網上渠道，例如Facebook、即時通訊軟體、論壇、電郵、在線聊天、及其他社交媒體平台致力提供良好客戶服務
• 透過電話及網上宣傳平台了解客戶需要及推廣電訊產品及服務
• 按公司指引，協助處理其他宣傳工作及客戶服務

工作要求:

• 香港中學會考或文憑或以上
• 具良好寫作能力
• 具良好的溝通能力
• 主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售
• 客戶為先，具解決困難能力並著重成果
• 熟悉各種社交媒體渠道
• 具電訊業或電話銷售經驗者優先考慮
