Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for recruitment and handling human resources tasks such as payroll, benefits, tax etc
• Provide administrative support (such as office supplies procurement)
• Assist in general clerical tasks, such as filing, scanning and data entry
• Assist in coordinating internal staff activities and /or events
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors Job Requirements:
• Preferably 2 years or more of relevant human resources work experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player with good problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility.
• Detail-minded, well-organized with a strong analytical mind and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
