機電維修技術員 Maintenance Technician - E&M ($23-25k+兩至三個月花紅+可只上通宵班)

工作内容：

• 負責跑馬地會所一般機電日常保養維修工作 ，包括 廚房、 泳池設備 、水泵、電燈、影音及冷氣設備系統等
• 定期巡查並對設備、設施進行預防性維護 ，確保有適當的工具和材料進行維修
• 監督及匯報承判商的服務質素及運作進度，確保其工作符合本會之指引及要求
• 記錄電氣和機械系統相關數據
• 向資深工程師 / 值班工程師 匯報 ，並為值班技術人員提供協助
• 執行其他由上級指派的工作

要求：

• 具酒店、會所或物業管理經驗者將獲優先考慮
• 須持有香港政府註冊 A 級或 R 級或以上之電業工程人員牌照
• 五天工作，輪班制，可只上通宵班
