職責 :

1. 定期或緊急維修

• 進行定期或緊急維修。
• 維修食品加工線，例如：免治碎肉機
• 維修自動包裝機械，例如:SORMA 和MULTIVAC 機器
• 對控制系統和相關組件有基礎知識
• 能夠閱讀基本英文以理解操作手冊並處理零件採購。
• 檢查機器狀況及管理消耗性零件。

2. 預防性維護電力、機械裝置

資歷要求：

• 三年或以上相關工作經驗
• 中三程度
• 有效電工A或B牌、平安咭
• 持有較剪式升降台操作證書者優先。
• 有工廠環境機械維修保養經驗者佳。
• 有效平安咭
• 能操流利粵語
• 略懂閱讀簡單英文
• 懂得使用手機，例如:上載相片，用手機程式
• 良好顧客服務態度

工作時間：

• 輪更:早班：上午 07:00 ~ 下午 04:00; 中班：下午01:00 ~晚上10:00
• 輪休，每周工作五至六天
• 按實際工作情況，需候命出勤處理緊急維修工作
• 如需超時工作，有超時津貼

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fault Response

• Responsible for all reactive service calls placed by stores and provide Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Services.
• Undertake an emergency repair or regular maintenance.
• Provide updates on outstanding repairs and obtain feedback on any other store maintenance issues to store manager and Help Desk.
• Possess good understanding in Food Processing Line such as mincer machines.
• Experienced in Automatic Packaging Machineries such as SORMA & MULTIVAC machines.
• Possess basic knowledge in machine control system and related component (Sensors, variable speed controller, Servo motors, pneumatic system and motor invertors)
• Being able to read basic English to understand the operation manuals and handle parts purchase.
• Conduct general machine condition checks and regular consumable parts management.

2.Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance

Requirements:

• Completed Secondary 3.
• 3 years or above related working experience.
• With Electricity License A or B, Green Card.
• With Scissor Lift training certificates is preferred
• Experienced in Machinery Repair and Maintenance at factory environment is preferred.
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese.
• Knowledgeable in using mobile device, e.g. Apps, upload photos.
• Good customer service attitudes

Working hours:

• Shift duty - Morning Shift: 07:00am ~ 04:00pm, Afternoon Shift: 01:00pm ~ 10:00pm
• 5-6 days/ week, shift holiday
• Emergency Repair handling after office hour is required
