Responsibilities:

  • 為行政部提供日常文書和行政支持;
  • 履行接待職責,包括處理來電和前台接待工作;
  • 管理辦公室運作,如設備維護、文具訂購、設施維修和保養、快遞安排。
  • 支援HR工作,包括日常考勤、休假管理等。
  • 需要外出工作,如銀行、郵局、遞送文件等。

Requirements:

  • 文憑或以上,熟練 MS Office
  • 良好粵語; 良好普通話優先;一般英語
