職責：

• 管理中餐部所有日常運作及人手安排
• 監管廚房運作及食物製作流程，包括設計及策劃菜式及成本控制
• 定時更新餐牌及提供多元化菜式
• 安排人手和處理食材訂購和存貨，確保廚房運作安全暢順
• 確保個人、廚房和食物符合清潔及衛生標準
• 按客人及上級的要求，構思及烹調不同菜式

要求：

• 餐飲管理証書或相關學歷
• 五年或以上主管經驗，熟悉中式菜式
• 必須具備宴會實際經驗，具酒店餐飲經驗優先
• 懂良好粵語及簡單英語
• 有良好的餐飲知識和出色的烹調技巧
• 能獨立工作處理中式菜式及廚房運作，採購及存貨控制
• 需穿制服及輪班工作
