技術員 / 技術主任 (Technician / Technical Officer)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain routine maintenance of site facilities such as power system/ air-conditioning system / building management system;
• Supervise and monitor the work performance of contractors and conduct regular site inspection for the progress of preventative maintenance works
• Participant in emergency callout service and fault findings;
• Assist superior to manage critical E&M facilities and prove corrective solutions for system failures;
• Assist to supervision of A&A works for E&M facilities and dc power plant enhancement work;
• Propose and monitor necessary improvement / modification works to existing plants and relevant builder's work for better efficient and handle defect in order to comply with current statutory regulation;
• Handle documentary works including maintenance and inventory record updating, monthly progress and utilization reports, etc.
• 操作及維修中心設備, 包括但不限於電力系統 / 冷氣系統 / 建築物管理系統;
• 參與緊急事故故障調查,機件維修及撰寫有關報告

Job Requirements:

• Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or related discipline;
• Registered Electrical Worker (A0) holder will be an advantage;
• Holder of driving license will be an advantage;
• 1-2 years relevant working experience;
• Hands on experience in MS Office Applications including Visio and AutoCAD ;
• Good analytical, PC / device trouble shooting, and problem solving skills;
• Good interpersonal skill and a good team player;
• Mature, dynamic, work independent and self-motivated;
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus.
• 機電/樓宇設備工程証書或同等學歷
• 持有註冊電工A牌或以上
• 持有駕駛執照更佳
• 一至兩年機電或冷氣系統及樓宇設備之相關經驗
• 熟悉電腦軟件如MS Office, 包括Visio 及 AutoCAD等
• 良好的分析能力解決問題的能力
• 具有團隊合作精神；能獨立工作
