Job Description - 私人助理 (須持有效保安牌照)

職責工作, 包括但不限於:

負責執行家庭保安工作及基礎安全防護
處理突發事件及撰寫報告
協助交通安排及司機人手調配, 確保行程順暢
協助安排家庭及行政事務
協助文件處理及體力勞動工作
匯報緊急事故及提供解決方案
以禮待人，對僱主, 上司, 同事及賓客保持正面及友善態度
接受及完成上司委派的特定工作或項目

入職要求:

中五程度或以, 並需完成保安培訓課程及考獲保安證書
3年或以上保安或相關經驗
持有效保安人員許可證
持有效基本護衞服務證
持有效急救證書(FA) 獲優先考慮
性恪主動、慣守紀律
注意衛生、守時、有責任心
品格良好、能在受壓的情況下工作並樂於學習
良好的溝通技巧, 操流利廣東話, 懂一般普通話及英語對話
具備基本中英文讀書寫能力
5-6天工作, 能配合彈性安排上班時間
可即時上班者獲優先考慮
