质量高级工程师

工作职责：

1. 主导客户质量问题管理，快速响应并采取初步遏制措施。

2. 采用5Why和8D问题解决方法论引领系统性根本原因分析。

3.拜访客户以维护并提升关系。

4.汲取经验教训，在同类生产线和产品中全面推行改进措施。

5.主导质量绩效指标评审，推动车间持续质量改进行动。

6.过程驱动因素与前馈问题的数据分析，用于问题解决与预测质量。

任职要求：

1.机械或电气工程学士学位，具有5年以上相关工作经验。

2.熟练掌握高级产品质量策划（APQP）及质量工具；PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA。

3.熟悉问题解决与持续改进工具；8D、5-Why、DOE、Six Sigma。

4.丰富的实践经验，熟悉制造系统及工艺技术。

5.了解“机器学习”和“人工智能”基础知识者优先。

6.英文听说读写流利。
