About Our Client

Known for its innovative approach and strong market presence, the company is committed to fostering growth and operational excellence.

Job Description
  • 执行管培生学员全年运营节奏，负责每两周的学员分享会及每季度的正式评估流程，保证人才培养机制稳定运转。
  • 在项目交割后或企业出现组织问题时牵头开展组织诊断，并产出《组织诊断报告》。
  • 组织并推动赋能方案共创会，联合创始团队形成可落地的《赋能行动计划》。
  • 持续 3-6 个月陪伴被投企业执行行动计划，协调派驻学员与投资经理资源，共同推进组织与战略问题的落地。
  • 在赋能周期结束后牵头复盘，评估效果并沉淀方法论进入公司知识库。
  • 参与公司组织能力体系与人才培养体系的建设与迭代。
The Successful Applicant
  • 具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能够快速理解业务及组织问题，并形成结构化分析与清晰表达。
  • 拥有优秀的沟通协调能力，能在创始人、投资经理、派驻学员等多方之间有效推动共识与行动落地。
  • 对组织发展、战略管理、咨询方法论或人才培养有浓厚兴趣，有相关实践经验者优先。
  • 具备较强的项目管理能力，能够在多任务并行的情况下保持推进节奏与质量。
  • 能够在不确定环境下保持主动性和耐心，具备持续学习能力，愿意深入理解企业组织运作机制。
  • 具备较强的文字总结与材料输出能力，能够撰写诊断报告、行动计划及复盘总结等文档。
  • 适应一定频率的企业现场走访，与团队共同推进赋能项目落地。
