Responsibilities
We are now inviting an intern to join our HR Enablement team. Successful candidates will have a chance to understand and support various HR process throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support execution of HR initiatives or events
- Support new joiner orientation and employee separation logistics arrangement
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee personnel record
- plete ad hoc duties and projects as required
Job Requirements
Entry requirements
- Current undergraduates in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Greatmunication skills with fluent spoken & written English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, meticulous, organized and possess strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work part-time (2-3 days per week) / full-time
