The Company

Our client is a leading PE, and they are seeking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team.

The Role

• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for portfolio companies.
• Oversee budget preparation and forecast models to support investment decisions.
• Investment Analysis:
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance metrics.
• Monitoring and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in line with best practices.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and supervise junior finance staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and investor relations.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a liaison between finance and investment teams, delivering insightful reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
