Account Manager / Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Follow up with digital marketing service orders - Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Social Media Marketing/ Programmatic campaigns;
• Prepare proposal, budget and execution plan for marketing campaigns;
• Implement and execute digital, search, display and social media campaigns;
• Deliver excellent pre-sales & after-sales service to both existing and new clients;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients;
• Adopt consultative approach to customers on their digital marketing & advertising strategies with big data research and analysis;
• Responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day operation of the corporate social media and other online channels.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree holders in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Information Management & Technology, E-Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline;
• Experience in at least 4 years is welcomed;
• Strong knowledge in Google Adwords and Google Analytics; 
• Experience in digital marketing and emerging digital technology, social trends and insights;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good written and spoken in English and Chinese including both Cantonese and Mandarin.
