Account Manager, Business Development - Health Solutions

What the day will look like
  • Develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across diversified market segments
  • Work with other teams in cross-selling activities
  • Convert opportunities by demonstrating expertise and ability to meet clients' needs
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years' working experience in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred. Solid experience in Employee Benefits is a definite advantage.
  • Holder of FLMI, MPF Intermediary, or IIQE are preferred
  • Organized, with strategic mindset and case management skills
  • Eagar to learn, self-motivated and with positive personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin will be advantage
  • Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
