Job Description - Account Manager (Merchandising Manager)




  • Lead a business unit with teams of Senior Business Executives and Business Executives to build and maintain relationships with customers and grow the business with strategy

  • Support company business development by understanding the market, the Company’s strategic directions, identifying business opportunities and guiding the team towards achieving corporate goals

  • Set and review business strategy, sales plan, budget and forecast for each customer and provide direction to the team for achieving the sales target 

  • Coach, empower and develop the team, set performance goals and evaluate the team's performance to facilitate the team effectiveness and success.  Motivate and engage the high performing team members

  • Internally work with cross functional teams to evaluate information, analyze problems from different perspectives, make sound decisions promptly and give support to the team in handling critical issues

  • Conduct sales forecast and manage all kinds of analysis report for Management review

  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirements



  • Degree holder or equivalent in any discipline

  • 10 years or above of sales and merchandising experience in the apparel industry, with specialization in lingerie

  • 5 years or above of managerial experience

  • With strong team leadership and good influencer to motivate others

  • Proactive, passionate to grow business, sales oriented and customer-focused

  • Excellent communication with strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • With strong abilities in problem solving and conflict resolution

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Traveling to China or overseas is required
