Role Purpose:

  • As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned accounts & create new accounts.

A typical day in the Role:

  • Develop new business opportunities in water dispenser or coffee machine, water filter and other products to customers
  • Maintain good relationships with customers
  • Provide technical support & sales engineering-solutions to customer
  • Assigned business analysis and reporting to team head
  • Co-ordinate execution of plans with salesman and customer
  • Work closely with technical team to monitor daily operations of customer coffee machine facilities
  • Participate in site inspection, testing and commissioning for coffee machine and water filter dispenser
  • Follow up customer enquiry and aftersales technical support
  • Perform ad hoc sales program as assigned by the team head

Success will depend on:

  • DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 years related experience in technical / sales field
  • Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
  • Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
