Job Description - Account Specialist, IT Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or vertical markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
Develop and present tailored solution proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and technical specialists.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, closing, and handover to implementation teams.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and relevant technology developments to position solutions effectively.
Coordinate internal resources (technical, legal, finance, delivery) to support complex deal cycles.
Represent the organisation at industry events, customer workshops, and partner activities as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of sales experience in a complex, consultative sales environment.
Proven track record in B2B technology or IT solutions sales, preferably selling enterprise software, infrastructure, digital workflow, or cybersecurity
Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, digital transformation initiatives, and common customer challenges around productivity, data handling, and process automation.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
Highly fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
