Accountant

Our client is a metal injection molding company with manufacturing facilities in ShangHai. To cope with continues growth they are now urgently looking for an Assistant Accountant /Accountant to join the team in Hong Kong

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts
• Enter vendor invoices and AP vouchers into accounting system after obtaining proper approvals
• Prepares monthly schedules, management reporting and financial analysis;
• Annual Budget plan
• Liaise with external auditor and Head office
• Monitor cash flow and inventory control
• Process adjustment journal, provide accruals for month end closing
• Prepare monthly cash flow and treasury report, expense review, staff reimbursement, vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation etc.
• Review accounting records and ensure all entries are accurate and comply with accounting and internal control standards
• Prepare and review accurate and timely billing and invoices
• Cash receipt and bank deposit processing
• Other ad hoc assignment

• Diploma holder or above in accounting or equivalent; student member of ACCA/HKICPA;
• Minimum 5-7 years accounting experience,
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and with strong sense of responsibility;
